Approved Institution - Refund to the CDA
1. Brief description of service
(a) Approved Person (AP) / Authorised Affiliate (AA) can use this service1 to make a refund to the Child Development Account (CDA) for payment made out of the CDA.
(b) Please have the BC (Birth Certificate number) of the CDA holder ready when using this service.
2. Estimated time
This service will take about 3 minutes to complete for each child and will be processed within 2 weeks.
3. Maximum file size and acceptable file type
Uploading of document is not required for this service.
Note:
1AIs using this service for the first time must submit a one-time DDA (Direct Debit Authorisation) application to the bank through MSF. The DDA form can be downloaded at
